She is so easy to talk with, makes you feel good in the conversation with her, no pressure at all & is willing to work with you on just about anything, very flexible too!! I look forward to every session times with her and even if it's on via zoom and with a past experience with another therapist and that ended in a kinda stressful situation and got out but Luiza is NOT stressful at all and therapy is really all about the client and therapists relationship and that opens up up the healing process!! SHE IS AMAZING, thank you!!????????”

As a therapist, I am not here to tell you what to do but to guide you and show different ways for you to get where you want to be. Often, when we listen to people outside our comfort zone, things start making more sense. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Applied Psychology from George Mason University. Unfortunately, I am not accepting any insurance at this moment. I am only providing virtual sessions at this time due to COVID-19. My goal is for your experience to be positive, impactful, encouraging, and rewarding. As I wrote above, I am not here to tell you what to do but to guide you so you can go where you want to be, achieve your potential, and be happy with your choices and life. You are the expert of your own life, and I am just here to help you on the way.
