A little about me: I've been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 2014, and throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving as a Senior Director for multiple agencies and training many therapists. My journey in mental health has allowed me to work with a diverse range of populations, and I truly consider myself a mental health expert. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, career and life balance, marital concerns, discovering your purpose, and career counseling. Additionally, I offer support for anger management, family relationships, life transitions, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), spirituality, stress, grief/bereavement, medical issues/physical health, and suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviors.
