I am a former high school counselor with 23 years experience working with teens and their families. This has given me extensive experience in grief, crisis management, trauma informed counseling, and panic disorders.

BOOK HER NOW YOU WON’T REGRET IT.
I’m an African woman and therapy isn’t something that is even talked about as much and even laughable to most when brought up in my community. Some see you as weak if you sort help rather the sucking it up like how we are raised.
And if they do somewhat agree with you, you will be told to seek a black woman because they will understand better than any other race.
Well today Dr. Lydia proved them wrong. Listen l don’t cry until there’s a major tragedy, because again it’s considered weak, but she literally broke right through easily. I realized and learned soo much in one visit, that I can’t wait to discover more and get to know myself better as well as find the root cause of my traumas with her help.
Thank you soo much Dr. Lydia. I appreciate you for genuine kindness and compassion and especially your word of wisdom and breakthrough. I look forward to more sessions with you.
