“It was wonderful, I felt heard immediately. I got more out of my first appt than I had gotten out of my last therapist of FIVE months. I was absolutely blown away, you can tell she really cares and is also super knowledgeable on ways to help specifically for what I am looking for. I am so looking forward to this journey with her!!”

I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology at the State University of New York College at Cortland before relocating to Charleston. What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a great match for someone seeking to better understand their mental health and create a lifestyle that aligns with their unique needs. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors and individuals who are neurodivergent. I also offer couples counseling, as I firmly believe in the power of support systems and relationships to enhance one’s quality of life. I am trained in Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 3) and tailor sessions to each couple’s goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

To meet your specific needs, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This is not a limited list and we can build your therapy experience to meet your needs outside of these modalities if necessary.
