What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is trauma-informed, family-centered, strength-based, solution focused therapeutic approach. I work closely with children and caregivers navigating emotional, behavioral, or relational struggles—including those stemming from trauma, foster care, adoption, abuse/neglect, grief, major life transitions related to sexuality. Whether you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, a teen facing anxiety or depression, or a family in crisis, my goal is to create a space where healing and connection can begin. I offer practical, culturally sensitive, evidence-based support, including interventions grounded in CBT, and crisis stabilization. I offer crisis management and intervention services for clients facing acute emotional distress, family and relationship conflict, or traumatic events. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution focused and culturally responsive, aimed at restoring safety, connection, and resilience in both individuals and families.
