*I currently do not accept insurance.* I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. I am certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). Additionally, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I have a passion for helping women at various stages of their journey. Life transitions, perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, codependency, boundaries, and relationship concerns are all areas where I can support you. I tailor my counseling approach to each individual client, drawing from an eclectic mix of treatment modalities to meet you where you are and address your unique needs. My style is strongly influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Theory. As a Christian, my faith shapes who I am as a counselor. It guides my commitment to valuing the uniqueness of each client in a non-judgmental space. However, I am always respectful of your beliefs, whatever they may be. My goal is to partner with you on YOUR journey. Faith and spirituality can be incorporated into sessions if you desire, but only at your request.
