I am a compassionate and collaborative counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I bring a diverse experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and other challenges that can affect emotional regulation, cognitive functioning, and overall well-being. My background includes mindfulness-based counseling, wellness support, cognitive behavioral therapies, resource coordination, and working with individuals and families in community-focused settings. I believe that honesty, openness, and collaboration are essential to meaningful therapeutic change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My Talk Therapy approach combines empathy, encouragement, and thoughtful challenging to help clients identify their goals, develop practical coping skills, and create a clear pathway toward greater confidence and stability. I am committed to walking alongside each client through difficult experiences and life transitions while providing a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. In addition, I assign thoughtful homework as needed to ensure growth between meetings.
