I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I have been through challenging times in my life and know how difficult it can be to make that first step in reaching out for help. We work as a team, as I am here to support you and help you build your mental health toolkit. My approach I use many different modalities of treatment, such as ACT, EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, CPT, CBT, TF-CBT, Exposure Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and various other treatment modalities depending on your needs. My focus Do you put your needs at the bottom of the to-do list? Do you wonder if life should feel somehow better? Happier? Do you struggle to find purpose or meaning? Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. Helping people live a better life is my passion. My goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you've always dreamed of and deserve! Whether implementing coping skills, trying a new hobby, or getting the courage to take that trip abroad you've always wanted to take by yourself, we will work through it together. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient. I encourage you to be open, assertive, and direct with me as well. My journey to mental healthcare I became a provider because I have gone through personal struggles in my life and have had excellent therapists help me.
