Hello! :) My name is Lynetta Martindale, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Eagle Mountain, Utah. I have 11 years of experience as a therapist, working in both the Community Mental Health model and Residential Treatment. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University, Sarasota, in 2013. My experience includes working with individuals and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, career concerns, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. I have also supported clients dealing with stress, loss, abuse/neglect, and life transitions. I would describe my approach as empathetic, goal-oriented, and person-centered. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients set goals, work through their traumas, and feel empowered once they have met their objectives.
