I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with eleven years of experience working with individuals and family issues. My counseling style includes teaching and applying research-based interventions; and exploring the why's. I target specific goals; sometimes with short workbooks or worksheets using CBT theory; ACT and Positive Psychology exploring how past patterns are perpetuated by the present. I've worked across the lifespan from young to old and have a great deal of life experience myself. Most of my experience ranges from depression; anxiety; bipolar; and OCD; to trauma and PTSD.
