What should a new client know about working with you?

I will honor and see you as you are, and I will support you in the development and achievement of the goals you have for yourself, your mental well-being and relationships. I know what it is like to want to feel connected, thriving and content, in life and with yourself. Therapy is a great first step! As I always say: "therapy is a gift you give yourself".

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With individuals I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), aka Parts Work, combined with somatic processing, AEDP and Narrative approach. CBT, ACT and DBT are also methods I pull from. Additionally, I am trained in and primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples.
