Most visits will bring a calming state and allow to talk through problems and stress. Through some of the art processes, a knowledge of what is happening and then have some conflict resolution to be used. Overall the sessions have been very helpful to myself and gaining personal growth of my emotional response reaction to negative feelings.
Lynette is amazing! She is compassionate, gentle, and really makes you feel cared for. I have been with Lynette for over three years now, and I am beyond grateful for our time together. I can see the growth within myself, and it’s amazing to also have my loved ones be able to recognize that as well. Lynette is a constant support that will gently help you navigate different situations with a deep understanding. Over the years I have noticed that Lynette is constantly traveling to various classes or conferences to further educate herself. This is comforting because it shows she is passionate about her profession and her patients. Integrating Art Therapy has also been greatly beneficial, as well as EMDR. Lynette as introduced me to other modalities that have deepened and encouraged my healing. Her space is private and cozy, filled with inspiration and creativity. I couldn’t recommend Lynette more!
