Getting to know Lynn Allen

In today's world, members of the LGBTQ+ community face many different life stressors. Spectrum Counseling provides our LGBTQ+ clients with the tools necessary to cope with life's challenges, losses and changes. Additionally, we provide our transgender, non-binary and gender questioning clients with counseling, consultation and support letters for gender affirming therapies and surgeries. Lynn Allen has over 14 years of experience as licensed psychotherapist. I work together with Therapy Practice Partners in order to provide optimal care and service. Our modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapies, multiple creative arts therapies, and other solution-focused therapies. We provide queer-focused and queer-friendly therapies to adolescents and adults in the form of individual, family and group counseling. I offer illumination, acceptance and support to those within the LGBTQ+ community who desire to live their most authentic life and for the family members who care for and love them.
