I will help you cultivate your inner strength and support you with strategies to tackle these challenges so you can experience life with greater fulfillment. While I welcome individuals from all walks of life, my years of experience have primarily been with children, teens, and families. My expertise is in helping people of all ages manage anxiety, depression, relationships, and difficulties adjusting to new life experiences, including parenthood.
For teens and children, I specialize in helping them build self-esteem, improve social skills and conflict resolution skills, and adjust to sensory processing challenges. My goal is to guide my clients through the rewarding journey of personal growth and working through trauma. Therapy can truly be healing and life-changing. We can all overcome our past struggles and see a future with hope and serenity.
