To My Clients, Hi. I am Morgan! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University Orlando Campus. More specifically, I am someone who enjoys sparking change in people's lives. Are you currently feeling stuck in life? Do you encounter environmental stressors, trauma responses, or destructive coping mechanisms? Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties. One of my biggest goals as a therapist is to validate you and to foster a safe place where you can feel comfortable processing your feelings.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy technique that can help people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy involves moving your eyes in a specific way while processing traumatic memories. The goal is to stimulate the brain to process unhealed memories, which can lead to a natural restoration and adaptive resolution
