What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialties are in working with relationships and communication skills, grief, and coping skills for general anxiety and depression. Other common areas I work in include, marital conflict, divorce, and infidelity, self esteem, sleep and insomnia, bipolar disorder, and dual diagnosis. I often use CBT, positive psychology, and integrative approaches. Whether you are seeking therapy due to current life situations, increased anxiety or depression, to explore your thoughts and feelings and anything in between; through our sessions together I hope you begin to believe change is possible, and in time you will see that change happening.
