Hi! I'm Lynn, the founder of Empowered and Resilient Minds. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University. I also hold a Master's in Literature from Mercy College and a Bachelor's degree from Marist College. What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients working with me will feel a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate atmosphere.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel empowered to overcome difficult challenges and increase resilience. I also offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, as a complement to psychotherapy my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical.
