I want to be the kind of support I once needed-someone who listens without judgment, creates space for honesty, and meets you where you are. My approach is authentic, empathetic, and focused on helping you create meaningful change while still honoring your unique experiences and background. I'm naturally laid-back and validating, but I'm also a challenger when I see an opportunity to help you grow, reflect, or step outside of what may be holding you back. No matter where you come from or what you've been through, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward becoming the version of yourself you want to be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
