Hi there, I'm Lynne! My name is Lynne Eppers, and I am an LCPC with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I utilize a person-centered approach to provide each client with their own unique counseling experience. I am looking forward to supporting and empowering you on your journey toward mental wellness. My approach CBT is a foundational approach because to change how we feel, we need to change how we think. I have studied multiple theoretical approaches and don't feel there is a "catch-all" when it comes to helping individuals meet their mental wellness goals. I love to teach and practice mindfulness, but overall, my approach is primarily client-centered, eclectic, and tailored to what best meets my clients' needs. My focus I have worked with clients as young as 3 and as old as 80, addressing a wide variety of mental health struggles. As long as you are open to change and want to work on being the best version of yourself, I would love to provide you with the help and support you need to achieve that goal! My communication style My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment so you are able to grow and meet your mental health goals.
