Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, dissociative, and mood disorders, as well as challenges associated with identity and attachment.

My approach to therapy puts you at the center of an evidence-based, empowering, and active approach to wellness. My goals for us are to develop a shared understanding of what you wish to accomplish and collaboratively create a plan that will best leverage your strengths, preferences, and potential. I specialize in trauma-focused treatment and have extensive experience working with Veterans, First Responders, Refugees, and other survivors of traumatic experiences. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I believe the most powerful healing experiences begin with naming what we desire and daring to believe it could be possible. Our initial session prioritizes establishing a clear and shared understanding of what you wish to accomplish. We will also review your insights on what's been working for or against you and how we can best leverage your strengths to accomplish your goal.
