“The provider was very kind, a great listener, and gave wonderful advice. The only negative that stood out to me was the fact that there was no receptionist in the front, so I was sitting there for about 10 minutes wondering if the office knew I was there. There was no bell to ring either. Nonetheless, my provider came to the front and called my name about 4 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin (not too terrible considering other offices have made me wait around 20 minutes). The service was personalized and comfortable. ”
