Is your marriage stuck in “replay mode”? Do you and your partner keep repeating the same argument despite your best intentions? Have you ever doubted whether you and your partner are truly meant for each other? What if you didn’t have to figure it all out alone? Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the honor of helping countless couples gain clarity into the powerful forces driving their long-standing conflicts. My mission is to help you transform painful patterns in love, often inherited from previous generations—so you can bring more playfulness and aliveness into your relationship. One of my biggest joys is guiding couples to transform conflict into deeper connection, so they can feel truly loved and raise resilient families. As a mother and wife, I believe that to raise emotionally resourceful and connected children, parents must feel confident in their own love relationship and learn how to consistently return to connection after conflict. In long-term relationships, partners will disappoint, hurt, and misunderstand us. There will be a gap between the ideal lover we imagined and our real, imperfect partner. It is crucial to make room for these disappointments to restore connection and evolve our possibilities in love. I teach couples how to move out of survival mode and into intentionality, vulnerability, and mutual enjoyment. You’ll develop skills to transform pain into conscious, genuine connection. You’ll spend less energy rehashing arguments and more time feeling truly heard, appreciated, and understood. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School and have specialized training in sex therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, couples therapy from the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey, and completed an internship in Behavioral Medicine with the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a relationship therapist with over 20 years of experience, I focus on helping couples move past repeating arguments and long-standing conflicts by understanding the underlying patterns, often inherited from previous generations. My mission is to guide couples toward deeper connection and playfulness in their relationships. I believe in transforming conflict into opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and emotional resilience, both for the couple and their family. Through intentionality and vulnerability, we work together to foster a more conscious and genuine connection, helping you feel truly heard, appreciated, and understood in your relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a personalized approach centered around understanding the unique dynamics of your relationship. Our work together starts with an initial consultation, for which I will provide intake forms through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice. Throughout our sessions, I help couples move beyond survival mode, develop communication skills, and create a more intentional, connected partnership. You'll learn how to navigate conflict with greater clarity, restoring connection after disappointments, and ultimately unlocking the potential of your relationship as a source of healing and personal growth. I do not work within insurance networks, but I can provide you with a superbill for partial reimbursement based on your insurance plan.
