UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy. I am a licensed therapist in Florida, New Jersey, and DC. I specialize in helping adults and minors overcome the effects of low self-esteem, including depression, anxiety, and the stressors of toxic relationships. I love helping my clients heal through trauma, pain, and negative thoughts—that’s why I named my practice Meraki Therapy. The word Meraki means to place creativity, soul, and passion into what you do, and I believe that is the beauty of what we do in therapy. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Barry University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients on their healing journeys.
