Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy. I am a licensed therapist in Florida, New Jersey, and DC. I specialize in helping adults and minors overcome the effects of low self-esteem, including depression, anxiety, and the stressors of toxic relationships. I love helping my clients heal through trauma, pain, and negative thoughts—that’s why I named my practice Meraki Therapy. The word Meraki means to place creativity, soul, and passion into what you do, and I believe that is the beauty of what we do in therapy. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Barry University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients on their healing journeys.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
