I view therapy as a collaborative process and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and healing. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make positive changes in their lives.Together, we develop a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. As therapy progresses, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, navigate life transitions, improve relationships, and work through emotional challenges in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Session Fees: 45-minute Weekday Session: $115 60-minute Weekday Session: $130 45-minute Weekend Session: $130 60-minute Weekend Session: $145 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows, including failure to attend without notice within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, will incur a $100 no-show fee. Insurance: At this time, I am unfortunately not accepting insurance and operate as a self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I was able to very easily connect with Mackenzie from our first session which was one of my main concerns. I always leave feeling calmer and understood.
