Hello there! As a therapist, I emphasize and put intention into the relationship between my clients and I. It's important to me to identify my client's strengths while also keeping them accountable in areas we can work on together. Being in therapy (especially with a new therapist) can create a lot of discomfort and it is one of the first steps to change and growth!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals who are seeking assistance in healing recent or past trauma, interpersonal violence/domestic violence, life transitions, and grief. I used evidence-based modalities that include EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), trauma informed psycho-education, and TF-CBT.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapy process begins with an initial meeting where we get to know each other. I take time to understand your story, gather relevant history, and make sure I’m a good fit to support what you’re seeking. From there, I’ll share how I would approach treatment, and we’ll work collaboratively to tailor the specifics (goals, timeline, and other important aspects of your care), so the process feels intentional, supportive, and aligned with your needs!
