Mackenzie takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from a range of modalities such as trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mode Deactivation Therapy (MDT), family systems therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices.
