**PLEASE NOTE: We only accept Aetna, BCBS PPO, and Cigna insurance plans in Illinois. We DO NOT accept BCBS HMO, Medicaid, or Medicare / Community Health Plans.** Exploring your needs in your relationship to yourself or with a partner can be challenging, especially if you're not sure what those needs are or where to start. Maybe in the past, these needs were never a priority, or you've had to change and prioritize someone else's needs over your own. Either way, it can be scary to begin looking at what you need to feel seen and understood. Whether that means starting a new chapter in life, deepening your connection with a partner, or simply discovering more about yourself and who you are, it's time to start prioritizing who you truly want to be and how you want your relationships in life to be. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, which informs my compassionate and thoughtful approach to supporting you on this journey.
