What should a new client know about working with you?

I support children and adults who are struggling to find connection, peace, and fulfillment in their lives. Clients seek my support when they’re having difficulty forming healthy relationships or wish to heal unresolved wounds from the past. In sessions, I offer somatic experiences, ecotherapy, and traditional talk therapy. These modalities, paired with a heart-centered and affirming presence, help clients to navigate their healing paths and (re)unite with a sense of wholeness. I believe that each person carries an innate ability to heal and grow and so I take a holistic, ‘entire-person’ approach to support these processes. My approach is guided by a commitment to social justice and supported by attachment-based and trauma-informed perspectives. I also incorporate elements of inner-child work (IFS) and emotion-focused healing. In sessions, I actively engage with you to create experiences of emotional and somatic healing which deepen your connection to your body's wisdom.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It is a great privilege to help clients deepen their connection to their emotional, relational, and spiritual selves. In sessions, I create a safe and welcoming space where all of your experiences and emotions can feel seen. This helps you to reunite with your intuition, heal old wounds, and repair your relationships. It would be my honor to work with you!
