What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is a collaborative process and our relationship working together is central to facilitating growth. It is important for us to clarify goals and to have ongoing communication that you feel that you are making progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In sessions I will often identify areas where you are feeling stuck and look at opportunities where you can practice the strategies we are discussing in our session in real life. The idea is that we are creating social experiments for you to practice and then come back to our session with data and be able to optimize the strategy for navigating situations that you have found challenging.
