Welcome! Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression? Has your TikTok algorithm introduced you to new ideas, leading you to wonder if you might be neurodivergent? Do your loved ones tell you that you're too hard on yourself? I'm here to help. I work with people of all genders, races, ethnicities, abilities, and sexualities to manage the challenges of growing up in a difficult world. Together, we'll explore your feelings of anxiety, depression, and frustration using a strength-based, person-centered approach. This means identifying your strengths to address the areas you want to improve. Our work might involve talking through situations, learning new coping skills, or even delving into traumatic experiences to uncover patterns that continue to affect your life. You deserve a safe and affirming space to learn more about yourself, practice setting boundaries, and grow into the person you were always meant to be. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, which informs my compassionate and effective approach. Let's get started!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
