My focus I specialize in working with adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside but struggle internally with stress, self-doubt, and feelings of overwhelm. Others come to me during periods of change — a career shift, the end of a relationship, becoming a parent — when familiar coping strategies no longer feel effective.
