I am a passionate couples and individual counselor, specializing in guiding partners towards deeper understanding, richer communication, and a more fulfilling journey together. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and am a Gottman Level 3-trained therapist. I leverage the proven insights of the Sound Relationship House theory to help couples navigate the inevitable waves of life. More than just conflict resolution, my approach delves into the very foundations of a strong connection. Through tailored interventions and exercises, we'll illuminate the Love Maps that guide your individual hopes and dreams, and identify the "Four Horsemen" threatening your emotional connection. Together, we'll build empathy, strengthen communication, and cultivate the positive aspects that make your relationship thrive.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with couples who are struggling with communication problems, conflict resolution difficulties, and intimacy issues. I am also trained to work with individuals who are experiencing intergenerational trauma. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I am committed to providing my clients with the support they need to reach their full potential. I offer a safe and supportive environment where my clients can feel heard and understood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

1. Book 15-minute consultation Book a free 15-Minute consultation. This consultation is a great opportunity to discuss your goals for therapy and determine if we are a good fit. 2. Schedule a Session After we decide if we are a good fit, we can schedule an intake session. You will receive some intake paperwork to be complete it before the first session. I like for first sessions to be 90 minutes for both individuals and couples. This session is where we explore your background, experiences and goals for therapy. 3. Start your healing Journey Here is where the real work starts and where we can work together to achieve your goals for therapy. I like to implement an integrative approach to counseling with different modalities to best suit your therapeutic needs.
