What should a new client know about working with you?

I combine EMDR, IFS, somatic practices, and polyvagal theory to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and heal deeply. My goal is to support clients in moving from survival to purpose-driven living by addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
