My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you're experiencing. Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, identify your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first experience with counseling. I want you to know that you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of meaningful change, and we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on the concerns and goals that are most important to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by taking time to understand what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're experiencing, and what you hope to gain from counseling. Together, we will identify goals for therapy and develop an approach tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based techniques while also focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship. Throughout our work, we may explore patterns, develop coping and emotional regulation skills, build on your strengths, and practice new ways of responding to challenges. As therapy progresses, we will continue to evaluate your goals and adjust our work based on what is most helpful for you.
