She earned her Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York. In addition, she specializes in working with teens, drawing from her past experience as a special education teacher in Brooklyn, New York. She is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. Maddy works with each client specifically to cultivate a holding space that speaks to their individual needs and uses a mindful-based approach to guide her clients toward self-awareness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My job is to create a safe environment and facilite a healing process. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, low motivation, and diminishing self-esteem. My passion is helping individuals understand themselves in mind- and body in order to reach self-fulfillment. I look forward to working with you!
