My job is to create a safe environment and facilite a healing process. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, low motivation, and diminishing self-esteem. My passion is helping individuals understand themselves in mind- and body in order to reach self-fulfillment. I look forward to working with you!
