What should a new client know about working with you?

Having been in therapy myself as a child, I understand how scary it is to be open and vulnerable with a stranger, especially when you don’t know if they are the right therapist for you. I’ve been there. If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place! I will help guide you through your hurt, sadness, and trauma as we develop goals together to overcome your pains. This is a process that we will do together. I am excited to help you learn and grow into a better version of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with children (ages 3-12) I will utilize play therapy to help your child learn better ways to communicate their feelings and needs in ways that reduce conflict and stress in both of your lives. When working with adults (18+) my ability to make complex emotions more manageable and less overwhelming will help you to relieve feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, among your other goals. Take control of your circumstances, don’t let the problems grow unchecked!
