It asks us to hide parts of ourselves in order to find belonging and we may find ourselves feeling more disconnected from who we are, the people around us and the world. This space is one of uncovering, where we will get to be in relationship to all parts of you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will be with you as you gain clarity around your own wisdom and knowing; and I will always sit with you through discomfort, dis-ease, celebration and joy. We will work from modalities and techniques that are rooted in story telling and visualization (IFS), body based awareness (Somatic) and universal human experiences (Existential).
