Bringing healing to those struggling through stressful or traumatic times is a passion and the driving force behind my motivation. My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary's University in San Antonio. She has always been nothing but understanding and kind, while being able to point out detrimental thinking patterns in a constructive way. She’s amazing at uplifting and offering both words of wisdom and reassurance whenever possible. She asks great leading questions and overall makes therapy something to look forward to, whereas before I used to approach it with fear and anxiety.
