I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Trinity University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary's University, both in San Antonio. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized experience supporting children, teens, adults, and couples through grief and trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents. I am also pursuing certification in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders to further support individuals during the pregnancy and postpartum period.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and savoring a relaxing cup of coffee at a cozy coffee shop.
