I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in Sport and Human Performance from Adler University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago. From there, I work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that aligns with the client's needs, using a trauma-informed approach to ensure safety and respect at every stage.
