Psychotherapist
CO
As a relational therapist, I believe relationships are the most powerful and impactful contributor to our lives, and this includes the relationship to self. I help clients build a more fulfilling and intentional life, working through the barriers that have led to disconnection from themselves and within their relationships by creating new ways to connect to self, others, and their goals. I believe each client has inherent wisdom, resiliency, and resources within themselves and my job is to help clients tap into that. My goal is to go beyond the symptoms to uncover and address the root issues causing dissatisfaction, bridging the gap between where you are and where you would like to be. I use an integrated approach (psychodynamic, attachment-lens, trauma-informed, experiential), drawing upon emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy, and various family systems theories. As I strongly believe that true change happens when the nervous system is also addressed, I integrate somatic work in session where possible to build on the mind-body connection. As a human outside of being a therapist, I love live music, playing outside (hiking is fun but so is going for a walk and laying in the grass reading my book, riding my bike, hanging on a patio, or being near water), my sweet pup, travel (I love to immerse myself into new cultures, cross items off my bucket-list, and enjoy digital nomad life when I can), trying new restaurants, and working on my own individual growth as a person aiming to live an intentional life. Prior to being a therapist, I worked at the leadership level in corporate America as an Executive Assistant in a Fortune 500 company. This position aided me in developing leadership skills, in recognizing the power of believing in others, the power of owning your voice, and the importance of your community. During the pandemic, I realized while I loved my position as an Executive As
