Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you have been feeling stuck or lost, or working with and through trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. My name is Madison, and I am here to help you find connection with yourself again and to feel capable of working with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions with trust and compassion. Having experience with LGBTQIA+ identifying children and young adults, I am here with you every step of the way, helping build coping skills and fostering resilience. Everyone’s story is different, and I am here to embrace that. My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative, ensuring we work together to find the style, modality, and treatment plan that work for you. While my style is grounded and approachable, I meet you where you are in your journey. I am a firm believer that the body and the mind are connected, so mindfulness-based, somatic, person-centered approaches are my niche. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work best with teenagers and young adults navigating life’s challenges who may be experiencing anxiety and depression, who are feeling unsure about the next steps in life, or who are feeling disconnected from themselves or the world around them. I look forward to meeting you!
