What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My journey toward patient care began with my own life experiences combined with a passion for all things psychology starting from an early age. This passion built my pillars of care – collaboration and trust, which help me be the best clinician I can be for you and all my patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Throughout our time together, you are assured a therapist who dives beneath the surface to discover the root of your concerns. I primarily take a psychodynamic approach, combined with evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for deep insight and practical tools. My style is warm, inquisitive, and integrative, as no unique individual is one-size-fits-all. Above all else, I am committed to walking alongside you in difficult yet transformative moments of your life, and look forward to the authentic healing, personal wellness, and deeper connection in our work together.
