UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy.
I treat the whole woman, not just the “problem.” Together, we’ll start from the beginning and not only heal what’s currently happening with you but also address where it all began. Therapy is the one thing in life you can’t mess up. In fact, I want this to be a place where you feel comfortable enough to make mistakes and be yourself. My treatment approach is direct yet compassionate. I will gently confront you if needed and hold you accountable while being your biggest cheerleader. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master’s in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, which has equipped me to support you effectively on this journey. I look forward to being on this journey with you and I thank you in advance.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
