While our work will involve thoughtful conversation and reflection, I also integrate elements of body awareness and somatic connection. Our bodies carry wisdom and often express what words cannot. Tuning into physical sensations, breath, and movement can be a powerful way to deepen insight, regulate emotions, and reconnect with the present moment. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore not only your thoughts and feelings, but also your inner world, values, and the deeper questions that shape your experience of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. In the initial sessions, I focus on getting to know you—your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We explore not just symptoms or challenges, but also the context of your life: your values, relationships, cultural background, and the deeper questions or experiences that shape your current reality. As we move forward, our work becomes a shared exploration. I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, identifying patterns, and connecting with their emotions and bodily experiences. I integrate existential themes such as meaning, freedom, responsibility, and connection, along with somatic awareness to help clients not only understand themselves intellectually, but also feel more grounded and connected in their bodies. Throughout the process, I respect each client’s pace and readiness. My goal is to create a space where you can safely explore, reflect, and grow—toward greater authenticity, resilience, and alignment with your values.
