What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational — I integrate a trauma-informed lens with attachment theory, EMDR, narrative therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to support individuals, couples, and families in gently exploring limiting beliefs, fostering deep emotional healing, and embracing more authentic narratives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session will begin with meeting you where you are at. The first session will largely be focused on gathering information about your history that will serve as an important foundation for our work to follow. We will then move on to creating a space of safety and trust within our therapeutic relationship to allow room for deeper exploration of your internal experiences, triggers, limiting self beliefs, and thoughts that may no longer be serving you. Therapy with me is a dynamic and relational process, and I look forward to diving into the healing space together. If you feel that we would be a good fit, please feel free to reach out to me and I'm happy to connect with you further to see how we can best work together.
