The provider is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern. You’re the strong one. The responsible one. The first to do things differently in your family. As a woman in your 30s, 40s, or beyond, you may feel caught between two cultures, honoring where you come from while trying to break patterns that no longer serve you. You love your family deeply, yet you may notice yourself reacting in ways that feel familiar and frustrating. I use the Gottman Method to help you navigate conflict in your relationships, struggling to set boundaries with family, or feeling guilt anytime you prioritize your own needs. Life transitions, such being a new parent, divorce, menopause, empty nest and/or illness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Many of the women I work with want to better understand themselves, feel more emotionally balanced, and learn healthier ways to cope with anxiety and life transitions. They want to communicate more clearly in their relationships, feel more grounded in their decisions, and move forward without constantly feeling overwhelmed or responsible for everyone else.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a culturally responsive clinician, I provide a space where you don’t have to explain your family dynamics or minimize your experience. Together, we focus on clarity, emotional regulation, and relationships that feel secure, aligned, and authentic. If you’re ready to stop repeating patterns and start building something different.
