There are times when life feels difficult to manage, and finding your way through challenges on your own can be hard. Having someone outside your everyday life to talk with can offer a fresh perspective, support, and a space to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Therapy is your time to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. Together, we can explore what you’re going through, process difficult emotions, and create space for growth, clarity, and meaningful change. I offer therapy for a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult childhood experiences, and life crises such as relationship breakdowns, illness, or challenges at work. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals affected by substance use, as well as those struggling with codependency and the impact of a loved one's addiction. Together, we will create a therapeutic approach that is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My aim is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as you develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and strengthen your confidence in yourself, your values, and your ability to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and balance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while also exploring how past experiences may influence your present. Together, we'll focus on building resilience, strengthening self-compassion, and helping you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and balanced. I

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
