Psychotherapist
NY
We are relational beings who thrive on healthy and fulfilling relationships. Whether romantic, platonic, or familial, we can sense when these connections create challenges and no longer serve us in a healthy way. When we experience anxiety, distance, and discomfort, it can take a toll on our overall functioning. I work with individuals, couples, and families, striving to help them deepen their connection with both themselves and others to foster healthy, satisfying relationships. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients in building stronger, more meaningful bonds.
