What should a new client know about working with you?

In life we carry many things; stress, trauma, burnout, joy. Oftentimes, the highs, lows and in-betweens start to feel too heavy to manage alone or a little unbalanced. I am here to support you through these moments. I am deeply committed to offering a supportive environment where you can explore the full range of your experiences and emotions and move toward greater authenticity, fulfillment, and meaningful connection and lives. I work from a person-centered and holistic lens. I understand that there are layers of you as an individual… all of which matter and you have the capacity and self-knowledge and tools needed for personal growth already within you, just needing the support from me to uncover it. Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and emotionally attuned. I listen not only to your words, but your dreams, and the deeper wisdom shaping your relationships and life. Together we explore patterns with care and honesty, helping you move through conflict, transitions, anxiety, depression, exhaustion and much more with more clarity, compassion and some realness when needed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will have a conversation to get to know one another. I will give you an opportunity to express your needs, desires, hopes , your self, concerns and strengths to help inform the work we will do together. This will also give you an opportunity to feel things out to ensure I am a good fit for you and your journey as well. From there we will talk about goals, and I will use your insight to help develop a treatment plan that addresses them. Sessions are done in talk therapy format where I utilize different techniques to support you in the process.
